i'm fine
[ And after a slight pause. ]
i mean i'm literally covered in dirt and i haven't shaved in a month because apparently this place thinks a machete is the same thing as a razor and if i have to spend one more week camping i am going to lose my mind but other than that, never been better
are you okay? is eddie?

i guess twelve hours is better than a few weeks. [ Which is more dour than is appropriate, maybe. Not the time to dwell on the past. ] thank you for finding him.

[ Arya is glad that Cisco knows the risks involved in courting someone, in trusting a single person that deeply, but she's also glad that Cisco does it anyway. That he doesn't let fear keep him from Eddie. It's admirable. ]
Good. You deserve that kind of happiness. : )
[ So Cisco does know. She's glad he's not here to see her cheeks flush. Even if Cisco says he gets it, the whole situation is still terribly embarrassing for Arya, who knows she should stop being foolish and get over herself.
The problem is, that's a lot easier said than done. ]
I spent a year at the mercy of the Lannisters, and two more running from them. The running is a habit that is hard to break.
But I want to try to break it, because I know Eddie is your friend, and not a Lannister at all. I have a hard time remembering that all the time, but I know that if I let myself be afraid of every educated, blond man I meet, then the Lannisters have won after all. And I cannot let that happen.

[Hi. This is an unsolicited picture of a onesie with the feet cut out of it, lying on a bed. Next to it is a leather jacket, which can be ignored, and various types of shoes from boots to sparkly sneakers.]
This is a Disney, isn't it?

I do like those sorts of stories, I just don't think I can sit through a slew of them just now.
And she tells it true, it was all I thought about once.
It's all I'm thinking about now, but it's made me cross and sad and ???? :/ :??? :(

No, you do not need to wish that. I am glad that you were not there, that you are not from that world at all. What happened is done, and neither you nor me could have prevented it. But the fact that you are here now has helped me more than I know how to say.
(You were the first to teach me something that did not have anything to do with killing, or even simply surviving, and I will never forget that. 😎)
I can do it if I put my mind to it. I know this to be true -- my will is strong, and has served me well before.
If you can, please try not to let on that anything is wrong. Both you and Eddie know what is happening, but the rest is up to me, and I do not want to prevent you from enjoying yourself. And I will enjoy myself, too. 🙂

I knew it!
It turned up in my shop when I was searching for something to wear to the burning of the ladder.
I had hoped to find a second one for Arya but I never did.
You've seen this one, haven't you?

It's all right. You had no way of knowing, and it was me who wanted to know about all of the Disneys.
I believe that. You are very good at explaining things, both to me and to Jon and especially to Arya, and it must come from having listened to what was asked, or in some cases just knowing what to say before it's even asked. That's a real gift.
I've talked so much I don't know what there is even left to say. (But that doesn't seem stop me from repeating it to the point of... well, even my crow is saying things now.) It might be nice to bend a new ear. If you're really not busy with something else.
Snowballs are better for throwing. (Though tossing little glass angels was strangely satisfying as well, but snow is less dangerous.)

Do you mean glasses? Or is there a helmet or some such thing that's more protective?
I'd be willing to bet there's a room like that here, only it won't make you pay.
(...with coin.)

If you liked someone as more than a friend, and that person paid you high compliments, and was very gallant and very, very charming, and always seemed pleased to see you, would you have cause to think they returned your feelings?
What if they were, upon reflection, this way with others as well? Genuinely, I mean.
