[ He could correct Snart - that he's not been where she has, not exactly. That the assumptions he's making about Arya's world - that there's no sympathy for friendless children, no justice system organized enough for numbers, none of the things he's taking for granted. But Cisco knows Snart's talking more about himself than about Arya. He doesn't want to feel sorry for him, but it's a pretty pathetic trajectory he's mapped out. And if all those assumptions are making Snart sympathize with her, not blame her, then he isn't going to disrupt that. ]

she's such a smart kid, she's got so much potential, but all anyone in her world cared about what how they could use her.
