[ Cisco leans into the brief kiss, hands tightening ever so slightly around Eddie's waist, pulling him in and then relaxing. He had been thinking about that day, too, as he got dressed. How nervous he had been around Eddie, how his stomach had done little flips as Eddie ran his fingers through his hair. He had had no idea... but how could he have guessed? And if Eddie hadn't kissed him that night when he was so upset, would Cisco have ever had the guts to take the first step?
How strange it is, imagining the paths not taken.
He picks up the small box that he put the bracelet into before taking Eddie's arm, grinning bashfully back. ]

[ Cisco let's himself hang on Eddie's arm, cling more closely to him than he strictly needs to. It makes the two of them a little ungainly, but it's worth it, especially when the corridor they step out into is much chillier than it needs to be. ]

[ He lets Eddie find the room again, and then beams when he sees the table all laid out - candles, roses, champagne. In a way it's all cliche, of course, but there's something lovely about that. Cisco likes that Eddie is the sort of guy who will go for those classic romantic things, rather than acting like he's above it all, or just assuming that Cisco is not the kind of guy who would like it. ]
