[ That look of terror in Harry's eyes when he first wakes up makes Cisco bite the inside of his cheek, because it's awful. He'd only seen Harry look like that once before: in Zoom's lair, when he was about to kill Jesse. In the four years he'd worked with the last Dr. Wells, Cisco had never seen that kind of stark, blind fear on his face before. He hates it, hates that Harry covers it up a moment later, turning from him, trying to sound normal even though his voice is wrecked. When he gets up, unsteady, Cisco protests: ]

Harry. Harry where're you goin', man?

[ Cisco doesn't get it, follows him out into the hall, and then realizes. Part of him thinks he ought to stop Harry, but the rest of him is pretty sure Harry would shove him out of the way if he tried. So he lets Harry open the door to the guest bedroom, peer in to see Jesse, there, fast asleep. Cisco lets him look for a moment before reaching past Harry to close the door again, silently. ]

C'mon. Here.

[ Cisco puts a hand on the small of Harry's back, overwarm from sleep, and steers him towards the living room. Something tells him he's not going to be getting back to sleep anytime very soon. He can feel Harry shaking and it makes his chest ache with worry. He doesn't ask if Harry had a nightmare. Doesn't ask what it was about. He just gets Harry to the couch and then turns on the lights, chasing the shadows from the corners of the room. ]

If she were gone, you'd know. We both would. I know this place doesn't look like much, but I've got some pretty impressive alarms rigged up, here. If something happens, you'll know right away.
