Enough that when Harry asks to see what work he's got done, he doesn't get defensive or snarky. Cisco instead pulls the Flash suit closer on the desk and starts explaining the changes he'd made to the workings inside the emblem, how he'd come to realize they were needed, what he'd had to shift around, why it was going to be better than ever.
