I don't know how long, are we counting from that time we got drunk and we made out in the workshop, or from that time our 'friend' - [ Said with dripping sarcasm and accompanied by air quotes ] - turned out to be a supervillain and then we made out at my place?

[ He grins - either sounds like a fairly inauspicious origin, for a relationship. But that's exactly why it's funny - because despite that, and despite all the reasons why this shouldn't work out, it is working out. Cisco walks beside Harry, out through the Cortex, and it's only once they are passing through the doors outside that he asks: ]

Was that a good 'huh' or a bad 'huh'? [ Even before Harry gets a chance to answer, Cisco starts explaining his reasoning, half proud and half preemptively defensive ]

I figured this way there's no chance we get a rude waiter, or they mess up your food, or it takes forever, or someone recognizes you and starts screaming about the ghost of Harrison Wells.

[ That last point was the most important one, but the rest are factors as well. Harry is going to have a good time, if Cisco has anything to say about it. He heads for one of the company vans, climbing into the driver's seat and waiting for Harry to settle in before he's handing him the picnic basket and heading in the direction of a nice park that he knows. It isn't the closest to S.T.A.R. Labs, but that's the whole point. No reason for their date to happen right on the doorstep of the place they work, the place Harry was stuck for so many months.

Besides, the park he takes them too has a pond, with blackberry bushes and willow trees and geese and romantic ambiance, and paddle boats for rent in the summer. All very date-y stuff. ]
