But what he does know is that if he brings Arya to Central City, he has a relatively good chance of being able to keep her safe. And that? That is a huge deal.
Arya looks so small, so uncertain, that Cisco doesn't give his response right away. First he nudges her with his elbow, waits for her to look up, to actually look at him and see that he is smiling before he says: ]
