He'd felt that kind of regret when Ronnie had died, the second time, and Cisco realized he was gone for good, and he'd wasted so much time he could've spent with him. Or even when Eddie had sacrificed himself, and Cisco realized he'd never really gotten to know him properly. At least this place had made it possible to have a second chance, there.
