you're right on the working thing. with a little bit of fun in there, too.
and you pretty much nailed it re: good and bad. you get heroes like the flash (the one who can run way fast) saving people from burning buildings, preventing catastrophes, all that but there's plenty of metas who just use their powers to steal, or hurt people and then the flash has to stop them, too.
not really? people just sorta gotta figure it out on their own.
