it's a device that can register the frequency that cells are vibrating at to a very precise degree
and if i can get it accurate enough it'll let me measure what version of reality stuff is from

Really? That's fascinating! Would this resonance also be capable of determining which versions of one reality things or people have come from? For example, whether or not yourself and Eddie are from the same Earth, or myself and Iona are from the same Thedas?

that's exactly the sort of thing i'd be using it for, yep.
it's already working i just want to make it so the processing is quicker and the readings more accurate

[ Cisco's not really sure what Dorian means by saying he doesn't like many people. After all, he's always been nothing but friendly to Cisco, who still sees himself as intrinsically somewhat annoying and unlikeable. Maybe Dorian just thinks of himself as being picky about people because he's been surrounded by shitty people most of his life. Seems fairly likely. More likely than him being a misanthrope, the way he's describing himself. And Cisco's sure now Dorian will like South. ]
