this is one of those cases where you're expecting too much of people. everyone probably just assumes you're acting distant to him because the doppleganger thing weirds you out. and they might extend that to me and barry if they assume we're your crew and he's just some guy that looks exactly like our friend but isn't.
besides. even if someone picked up on a bad vibe, one conversation with him would probably be enough to change their mind. i don't think he ever bothered trying to win you over. he can be very convincing.

And sure, people tend to trust Cisco, because he gives off an air of being harmless, but they don't look at him as an authority the same way they do Eobard, and they never will. Cisco can get people to like him alright, but getting them to respect him is another matter. ]
